The role will be dedicated to implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 11 across the organization while ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment and implementation of Windows 11 across user systems.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Windows 11 environments.
  • Assist with migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring data integrity and user readiness.
