Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot the company’s IT systems including hardware, software, and network components.
• Implement and support construction project management software and tools.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.
• Provide timely technical support and training to staff across all departments.
• Collaborate with management to assess technology needs and propose improvements.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Manage IT vendors and service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity measures.
