Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and resolving user requests within the scope of IT support.
  • Preparing user equipment and performing diagnostics before sending devices for repair.
  • Creating and maintaining up‑to‑date user instructions and documentation.
  • Managing access to internal services and applications.
  • Administering the corporate messaging and email systems.
  • Maintaining accurate IT asset inventory records and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Assisting with device management and troubleshooting.
  • Supporting the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of audio‑visual systems in meeting rooms.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical users.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • A responsible, detail‑oriented approach to assigned tasks.
  • Hands‑on experience managing global corporate IT systems (e.g., Google Workspace, mobile device management tools such as ManageEngine, and identity providers such as Okta).
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with IT Asset Management systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a self‑driven role within a technology‑focused environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network‑related issues.Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of internet telephony technologies.
Will be an advantage:
  • Solid knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, etc..)
  • Understanding of ITIL principles.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficiency with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and identity platforms like Okta.
  • Experience selecting, installing, and configuring audio systems in meeting rooms.
