A leading pharmaceutical company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Manager – Quality and Cross IT Applications to lead compliance in IT processes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT Quality experience, deep understanding of GxP standards, and strong project management skills. This role involves overseeing audits, managing corrective actions, and guiding teams in compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Quality experience in life sciences/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage quality compliance projects.
• Experience in Technical Document writing (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of IT processes with relevant standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and assessments.
• Manage corrective actions and ensure closure.

Skills

Understanding of GxP and Computer Systems

Communication and presentation skills

Experience working with Pharma/Biotechnology

Proficiency in MS Office
