Your Role

As an experienced Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B products and technical integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work on B2B product enhancement, defining business goals, project scope, necessary developments, cost, resources, and timeline
• Prepare and deliver impactful, well‑organized presentations
• Manage project documentation and track progress, conducting regular reviews with internal and client stakeholders
• Serve as a bridge between departmental end‑users, IT stakeholders, and technical specialists
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance business relations with clients
• Mentor and coach team members, resolving critical issues and escalating them when necessary
• Participate in QA and pre‑UAT to ensure exceptional quality
• Support core team with integrations and additional functionalities
