Reem Bank is seeking a seasoned procurement and strategic sourcing leader to drive end-to-end IT technology and indirect category sourcing in a fast-moving banking environment.

You will develop sourcing strategies, lead complex negotiations, manage vendor risk, and align procurement with the bank's digital transformation and regulatory requirements. This role requires 10+ years in banking procurement with GCC exposure and a Master's degree.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience, with significant experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven banking procurement experience, preferably within a UAE or GCC banking environment.
• Diversified procurement across IT/Technology and indirect categories.
• Strong understanding of the banking, financial services ecosystem, technology landscape and market trends.
• CIPS, CPSM or equivalent professional procurement certification preferred.
• Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or related field is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing across IT technology professional services and other indirect categories.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, RFPs, RFQs, vendor evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Manage procurement for software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, telecommunications and other IT services.
• Drive cost optimization, benchmarking, savings and total-cost-of-ownership initiatives.
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure contractual and commercial protections.
• Support vendor due diligence and third-party risk management.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market and industry developments and identify emerging technologies and procurement opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience, with significantexperience in banking or financial services.
• Proven banking procurement experience, preferably within a UAE or GCC banking environment.
• Demonstrated diversified procurement experience across IT/Technology as well as other indirectand corporate procurement categories.
• Strong understanding of the banking industry, financial services ecosystem, technology landscapeand evolving market trends.
• Broad industry knowledge with the ability to benchmark practices, suppliers, commercial modelsand emerging solutions across industries.
• Strong hands-on experience in IT and technology procurement.
• Good understanding of cloud, SaaS, software licensing, cybersecurity, infrastructure,telecommunications and IT services.
• Proven experience in complex commercial negotiations, contract management and strategicvendor management.
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, third-party risk, supplier due diligence andregulatory requirements within banking.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across technology, business, risk, finance, legaland compliance functions.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, InformationTechnology or a related discipline is required.
• CIPS, CPSM or equivalent professional procurement certification is preferred.

• Demonstrate the ability to align procurement strategies with Reem Bank's vision, values, digital first approach and long-term growth objectives.
• Be open to new ideas, technologies, operating models and ways of working.
• Build strong relationships across the organization and act as a strategic business partner ratherthan operating only as a transactional procurement function.
