The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT management experience, particularly in design or construction, and strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365. This role is critical in maintaining cybersecurity standards and enhancing operational efficiency through technology integration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT operations and systems, including network, servers, and user support.
• Manage and lead a small IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical support.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, "Azure", and other cloud-based systems are mandatory.
• Ensure cybersecurity standards, data protection, and regular system backups.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to integrate and maintain software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management platforms.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of hardware/software.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide user training and promote technology best practices within the company.
