Overview
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Microsoft 365 ecosystems, capable of managing internal IT operations while supporting a dynamic, growth-driven real estate environment. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, particularly in Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Teams websites, security, and end-user support.
Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 & Digital Workplace: Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).
- Manage and maintain SharePoint & Microsoft 365–based internal and external websites (company portals, intranet, document hubs).
- Design and manage workflow automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Ensure data governance, access control, and compliance across all M365 platforms.
- IT Infrastructure & Security: Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services).
- Implement and manage cybersecurity best practices, MFA, endpoint protection, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Manage user access, permissions, and device policies.
- Business & Real Estate Operations Support: Support real estate operations, sales teams, marketing, and management with reliable IT solutions.
- Work closely with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
- Support digital tools used for property listings, marketing campaigns, brokers, and reporting.
- Leadership & Vendor Management: Act as the primary IT point of contact for the company.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and software licenses.
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support when required in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
- Must-Have 5+ years experience in IT, with at least 2–3 years in an IT Manager or Senior IT role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Solid knowledge of SharePoint / M365 websites (intranet, portals, document management).
- Experience in real estate, property development, or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Strong troubleshooting and user-support mindset.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- CRM integration experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred).
- Prior experience in a startup or rapidly growing organization.
- Personal Attributes: Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment.
- Strong communication skills (technical & non-technical stakeholders).
- Business-minded, not just technical.
