Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT delivery with at least 2 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience of working in an international diverse organization.
• Domain knowledge in engineering maritime offshore or EPC environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Abu Dhabi IT teams on behalf of the team manager.
• Foster communities of practice to standardize ways of working.
• Manage dependencies across teams and with Papendrecht.
• Coordinate with external vendors for seamless service delivery.
• Act as local incident commander for major application/platform incidents.
