Dicetek LLC is seeking an IT Governance & Compliance lead in Sharjah to coordinate regulatory alignment and risk controls across IT units. The role involves centralizing compliance, monitoring CB UAE regulations, and driving remediation efforts within banking-related IT environments.

The successful candidate will possess 5–8 years in IT governance, compliance, audit or risk management, with banking sector experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Information Systems, Business or related discipline
• 5–8 years experience in IT governance, IT compliance, IT audit or risk management
• Banking or financial services experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor compliance with internal IT policies, standards, and governance directives and action plans.
• Monitor IT compliance with applicable CBUAE regulations and regulatory circulars communicated by Compliance, Information Security and Risk Management.
• Establish a centralized IT compliance register with regulatory obligations, owners, deadlines and status.
• Conduct periodic IT compliance assessments and gap analyses against COBIT, ITIL and ISO frameworks.
• Coordinate assignment of compliance requirements to IT units and track remediation milestones and overdue items.
• Review regulatory changes and coordinate necessary process and control updates with stakeholders.
• Obtain and review evidence from IT units to validate remediation effectiveness.
• Act as central IT compliance coordination point with Bank Compliance, Operational Risk, Information Security and other stakeholders.
• Develop compliance dashboards and periodic reports highlighting status, gaps and significant issues

• 5–8 years in IT Governance, IT Compliance, IT Audit or Risk Management.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate and monitor compliance with internal IT policies, standards, management directives, governance requirements, and assigned action plans.
• Monitor and coordinate IT compliance with applicable CBUAE regulations, regulatory circulars, and requirements communicated by Compliance, Information Security, and Risk Management.
• Establish and maintain a centralized IT compliance register covering applicable regulatory obligations, internal requirements, responsible IT units, deadlines, and compliance status.
• Conduct periodic IT compliance assessments and gap analyses against applicable regulatory requirements, internal standards, and relevant frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO.
• Coordinate the assignment of compliance requirements to relevant IT units, monitor remediation plans, track milestones, and escalated overdue or noncompliant items.
• Review new or amended regulatory requirements, assess their implications for IT processes and controls, and coordinate necessary changes with relevant stakeholders.
• Obtain and review supporting evidence from IT units to assess implementation of compliance requirements and validate remediation effectiveness.
• Act as the central IT compliance coordination point with Bank Compliance, Operational Risk, Information Security, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop compliance dashboards and periodic reports highlighting compliance status, identified gaps, overdue actions, emerging obligations, and significant issues requiring management attention.
