Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in investor reporting, fund reporting, or financial control.
• Proven experience with waterfall models and returns calculations.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and exposure to lender reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting to private equity co-investors and joint venture partners.
• Prepare investor reporting packs across SPVs and investment structures.
• Drive improvements in financial controls and reporting processes.
