Role Description

The Investor Relations Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing communication between the company and its investors, preparing investor presentations and reports, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date investor information. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market and investment trends, supporting the preparation of financial and performance summaries, and responding to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The Specialist will coordinate investor meetings and calls, assist in drafting communication materials such as newsletters and updates, and collaborate with finance and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise content for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations skills, including experience managing investor communications and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments and Finance, with the ability to understand financial statements, performance metrics, and market trends. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, enabling them to interpret data, identify key insights, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present information clearly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field are beneficial. Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or investment management within an international or regional context is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point), and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment are beneficial. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information is expected.
