Responsibilities
  • Receiving case files through the electronic system and checking them and their attachments before presenting them to the specialized member of the prosecution.
  • Presenting the files of criminal cases received through the electronic system with the seizures to the member of the prosecution.
  • Opening the investigation report and confirming the statements, documents, reports, photos and seizures attached to the case file.
  • Printing the disposition of cases (referral order, administrative preservation, recovery memorandum, memorandum of lack of jurisdiction) in opinion cases.
  • Preparing and printing orders of detention, release, bail, costs, and summons.
  • Noting the attendance or non-attendance of summoned persons in the investigation report.
  • Disassembling and seizing seizures (in‑kind seizures – monetary seizures) under the supervision of the prosecutor and handing them over to the competent department for the purpose of depositing them.
  • Transporting with the prosecutor to investigate, inspect the crime scene, or inspect the police station's detention and penal institutions.
  • Following up on detention orders and their expiration date under the supervision of the prosecutor.
  • Following the receipt of technical reports related to investigation and litigation procedures from the concerned authorities.
  • Organizing the appointments of case parties and reviewers.
  • Organizing the administrative work of the prosecutor, including preparing correspondence, organizing contacts and interviews.
  • Contacting police stations and penal institutions to request detainees.
  • Following up on the requests of reviewers through the prosecution program.
  • Attending extension sessions with the prosecutor.
  • Attending shifts with the prosecutor on weekends, holidays and public holidays.
