Job summary

PPOAR in Dubai invites applications for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our Jabal-Ali team. The role focuses on managing and tracking stock, monitoring movements, and ensuring accuracy across all inventory activities.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the UAE with knowledge of local markets and customs. Pakistani nationals are preferred. Immediate start is requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Preference for UAE market and customs knowledge.
• Pakistani nationals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items within the inventory;
• Analyzing current inventory levels to suggest ordering of new items when necessary;
• Creating reports on current stock levels, sales trends, delivery times, etc.;
• Optimizing processes and procedures related to the inventory system;
• Monitoring stock movements to ensure accuracy;
• Working closely with all departments to ensure smooth operations;
• Ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations related to storage, handling or transportation of goods.
