Job summary

TotalEnergies EP United Arab Emirates is seeking a dynamic university graduate to join the Internal Control & Finance Audits team in Abu Dhabi as an intern. You will support audit, compliance, and risk management activities, leveraging Power BI and MS Office to drive data analysis and reporting.

The role is designed for candidates with 1–2 years of experience (including internships) and a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Based at Abu Dhabi Mall ARE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience (including internships).
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and MS Office; familiarity with AI tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial and operational data using Power BI and other digital tools.
• Support internal control and audit processes, including data gathering, documentation, and reporting.
• Contribute to compliance monitoring and risk assessment activities.
• Help prepare presentations and reports for management and audit committees.
• Maintain and update audit and compliance records in digital systems.
• Automate repetitive processes and implement automated follow-up systems.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated university graduate with 1-2 years of experience to join our Internal Control & Finance Audits team in TotalEnergies Exploration & Production branch based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support audit, compliance, and risk management activities, leveraging advanced computer skills-especially in Power BI-to drive data analysis and reporting.

Activities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial and operational data using Power BI and other digital tools.
• Support internal control and audit processes, including data gathering, documentation, and reporting.
• Contribute to compliance monitoring and risk assessment activities.
• Help prepare presentations and reports for management and audit committees.
• Maintain and update audit and compliance records in digital systems.
• Automate the repetitive process and have a automated follow-up systems for certain processes.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
