Qualifications

• Eligibility for professional nursing registration or licensing in the UAE, subject to authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centred nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Assess patients' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Assist with examinations, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Follow infection-control procedures and professional nursing standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and follow-ups.
• Respond to clinical emergencies within nursing scope.
