Reap HR Consultancy in Al Ain seeks a highly qualified Physics Teacher to join a dynamic academic team in a leading educational institution. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent English speaker with an IELTS score of 7.0+ and a proven track record delivering high-quality science education in international or bilingual environments.

The role focuses on inquiry-based physics lessons, ICT-enabled instruction, and preparing students for international examinations (IGCSE, A-Levels, IB).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification with a Physics specialization
• PGCE or equivalent recognized teaching qualification
• Minimum 4+ years of teaching experience in secondary/high school in an international/bilingual setting
• IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent English proficiency for Arab/Western/natives
• Proven classroom management and student engagement skills
• Strong ICT proficiency and use of digital platforms in classrooms
• Experience teaching physics within Cambridge/IB/American curriculums desirable
• Valid UAE teaching license or ADEK/MOE recognition

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver physics lessons aligned with international standards
• Manage inclusive and productive learning environments
• Use ICT tools and LMS to enhance instruction and engagement
• Assess students with formative and summative methods and provide feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects
• Support exam preparation for IGCSE, A-Levels, IB etc.
• Participate in PD, department meetings and school initiatives
• Mentor students and track progress with accurate records
• Contribute to policy and curriculum development
