Job summary

Titan Wealth Group is seeking a proactive Paraplanner to join the Global Wealth Division in Dubai. You will provide high-quality paraplanning support, conduct in-depth research, and prepare suitable, compliant reports for international clients.

You will review information, perform technical checks, and ensure client files are complete and well maintained. Collaboration with advisers and continuous professional development are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ paraplanning/technical support or financial planning experience.
• Level 4 qualification from a recognised financial services body.
• Experience supporting international financial planning clients and advisers.
• Strong experience preparing suitability reports and technical research.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality paraplanning support to Wealth Planners and the Global Wealth Division team.
• Undertake detailed research and analysis to support suitable financial planning recommendations.
• Prepare accurate, compliant suitability reports, including complex investment and tax considerations.
• Review client information and documentation to identify gaps before final recommendations.
• Complete technical and suitability checks in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Wealth Planners to reflect client objectives and risk profile in plans.
• Maintain complete client records and ensure documentation is stored correctly.
• Support development and consistent application of GWD processes and templates.
• Keep up to date with regulatory, tax and market developments and share updates.
• Contribute to improvement of client materials and internal guidance.
• Build relationships with product providers and third parties to support case progression.
