Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in real estate or hotel industries with at least 2 years in hotel advisory/development.
• Proven experience with franchised and managed hotel transactions in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new hotel development opportunities in KSA and Kuwait.
• Lead negotiations for management, franchise, and other agreements.
• Present opportunities for internal approval at Marriott.

Skills

Strong organizational verbal and written communication skills

Deep understanding of the Middle East hospitality market

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

Education
