Job summary

Chainex Real Estate LLC is seeking a remote-based market specialist to represent our Dubai-focused opportunities in your home market. You will source investors, advise on Dubai’s buying process, and manage deals end to end with support from our Dubai team.

You’ll leverage an active investor network, strong English skills, and CRM experience to convert leads into closed transactions while maintaining records and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel to Dubai for visits and closings is required.

Qualifications

• Active network/investor database for Dubai/UAE
• Experience in real estate investment advisory wealth/asset management is an advantage
• Strong written and spoken English
• Additional languages advantageous (German & other European languages)
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, able to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel regularly to Dubai for client visits and closings

Responsibilities

• Represent Chainex Real Estate in home market and build local investor presence
• Source buyers/investors in country interested in Dubai property
• Advise international clients on Dubai market buying process and options (off-plan and secondary)
• Manage deals end to end with support from Dubai team
• Work exclusive projects through Chainex developer relationships
• Convert leads into closed transactions
• Maintain client records and deal progress in Chainex CRM
• Follow up from first contact to handover
• Build personal brand in market with mentorship from Chainex
• Ensure transactions follow Dubai L+D and RERA regulations

Responsibilities

• Represent Chainex Real Estate in your home market and build its presence with local investors
• Source buyers and investors in your country who are interested in Dubai residential and commercial property
• Advise international clients on the Dubai market buying process and investment options off-plan and secondary
• Manage deals end to end with full support from the Chainex team in Dubai
• Work exclusive projects through Chainex s developer relationships
• Convert leads from Chainex campaigns and the Data Hub into closed transactions
• Keep client records and deal progress up to date in the Chainex CRM
• Follow up consistently with clients from first contact through to handover
• Build a personal brand in your market with mentorship from the Chainex team
• Ensure every transaction follows Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations

Skills amp Qualifications
