Key responsibilities include working in a multidisciplinary team, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing preventive care and patient education to adults with varied medical needs.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong clinical experience in adult medicine and chronic disease management.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, and infectious diseases.
• Evaluate complex and undifferentiated medical presentations.
• Interpret laboratory investigations, ECGs, and relevant diagnostic imaging.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient medical care as required.
• Manage acute medical emergencies and patient deterioration.
• Coordinate patient care with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide preventive healthcare, lifestyle counselling, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
