Job summary

Ali & Sons Group is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor in the United Arab Emirates to evaluate compliance with policies and regulatory standards, document findings, and present to senior management. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide actionable recommendations, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in internal auditing, compliance, or internal controls, with CA/CIA/CPA/ACCA essential and CFE/CRMA/CISA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of internal auditing principles and accounting practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports for presentation to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Certification: CA, CIA, CPA, ACCA (essential); CFE, CRMA, or CISA (preferred).
• Experience: 4-5 years in internal auditing, compliance, or internal controls
• Skills & Abilities: Strong understanding of internal auditing principles and accounting practices. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
