Why this role

As a Strategy Intern you will be a full member of the Strategy & Marketing team supporting key strategic projects with a focus on analytics to improve strategy execution and enable profitable decisions through data insights. You will provide performance insights eliminate inefficiencies and help prioritize improvement initiatives playing a key role in data-driven decision-making.

What will you be doing

General:

  • Business Performance Analysis: Identify trends issues and improvement opportunities to support decision-making.

  • Analytics Coordination: Ensure correct analytics methods are selected and data requirements understood.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key contact point between business stakeholders and advanced analytics teams.

  • Visualization & Reporting: Design dashboards and data visualizations; communicate findings and recommendations.

  • Capability Building: Help develop analytics capabilities within the organization.

  • Performance Insights: Provide actionable insights to eliminate inefficiencies and prioritize improvement initiatives.

Examples of Strategic Projects
  • Build and maintain Execution Engine initiatives on a portfolio management platform supporting stage gates model standardized methodologies and rigorous follow-up.

  • Facilitate follow-up of the KONE strategy scorecard and OKRs using automated data-driven reporting tools.

  • Define strategic projects in a portfolio management tool and support users to use the tool for strategy execution and follow-up.

Are you the one
  • Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance Business Engineering or similar) with strong academic performance.

  • Some experience in consulting project management or similar work.

  • Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.

  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Advantageous: experience with Power BI Power Apps Celonis and Copilot or other AI agents.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Fluency in English.
