Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Strategy, Business, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field.
• Based in Dubai, UAE.
• Internship experience in strategy/strategic communications/management consulting/public affairs or related field is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on industries, markets, policy developments, competitors, and emerging trends.
• Support the development of client presentations, reports, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor media, stakeholder activity, and relevant regional developments to support client work.
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing information for client projects and new business opportunities.
• Contribute ideas during team brainstorming, planning, and strategy sessions.
• Support project coordination, logistics, and administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

The Strategy Intern will support the delivery of strategic advisory projects through research, analysis, stakeholder mapping, and the development of client-facing materials. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will help uncover insights, monitor industry and policy developments, and contribute to recommendations that support clients across a range of sectors. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in strategy consulting, communications, and advisory services within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, while providing exposure to high-profile regional and international projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Strategy, Business, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field.
• Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
• Previous internship experience in strategy, strategic communications, management consulting, public affairs, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated interest in strategic advisory, communications, public affairs, and business transformation.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to client projects.
