Job Description

Overview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Pre Contract) to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within UAE.

Your role

• Preparation of cost plans, estimates, BOQs Measurement, take-offs based on standard method of measurements.
• Collaborate with design team for cost studies, value engineering etc.
• Preparation of Tender documentation.

About you

• Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract cost management services.
• Knowledge and understanding of all infrastructure elements ie. bridges, roads, marine etc. and overall construction costs.
• Must have proficiency in utilities.
• Must have Master planning experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized University.
• Min 5 to 10 years' experience in the Middle East.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
