Streamers Interior Decor in Ajman, UAE, is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Draftsman to produce precise construction and shop drawings for interior projects.

You will develop plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details, coordinate with designers and site teams, and ensure drawings comply with specs and timelines.

A minimum of 2 years' experience and strong AutoCAD (2D/3D) skills are required, with attention to detail and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draftsman in interior fit-out or interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D is essential.
• Experience preparing shop drawings, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans, and as-built drawings.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed interior fit-out shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for walls, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and other interior finishing works.
• Prepare joinery and custom furniture drawings, including wardrobes, cabinets, wall panels, reception counters, and other bespoke elements.
• Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Review architectural and interior design drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
• Incorporate consultant comments, client revisions, and site measurements into drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, approved materials, and relevant dimensions.
• Assist the site team with technical details and drawing clarifications during project execution.
• Maintain proper drawing records and revision control.
• Prepare drawings within project deadlines and coordinate submissions for consultant or client approval.
