Job summary

K4 Group is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Drafter to join our technical/design team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit on interior fit-out projects in the UAE, and will coordinate across design, project, and site teams.

The role requires strong detailing skills, the ability to prepare shop and construction drawings, and a solid understanding of UAE standards and joinery methods. Site visits may be required to verify conditions.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of total drafting/design experience, preferably in interior fit-out.
• Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Revit experience.
• Around 3 years UAE/Dubai interior fit-out project experience.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Experience with shop drawings and technical drawings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for interior fit-out projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop shop drawings, construction drawings, and technical details from designs.
• Coordinate drawings with Design, Project, and Site teams.
• Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, details, and joinery drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specs, UAE standards, and authorities.
• Review drawings and incorporate comments and revisions accurately.
• Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP drawings to resolve clashes.
• Maintain drawing standards, revisions, and documentation.
• Support project team with technical drawings throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and existing conditions.
