Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee interior design projects from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and project goals are met.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, translating their vision into actionable design plans.
3. Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and design specifications, maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
8. Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
