Job description

Our client, a government entity, is urgently looking for a Integration and Standardization Manager who will be based in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will be expected to drive and support the company's medical decision making by providing and empowering adjudication expertise and competency development with the company and external stakeholders, such as providers and regulators. You will manage the Integration and Standardization Unit. You will ensure availability of adjudication expert input for the internal and external community.

Job Skills

For this role, you must have 10 years experience in the field of family medicine with more than 7 years of experience in project management and management role, managing one/ two teams. You should have strong executive and leadership skills and innovative/out of the box thinking. You should have good interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken English, having Arabic skills is a plus.
