Job summary

MetLife Gulf is seeking a motivated Insurance Agent in Abu Dhabi to advise clients on life, health, and protection products. You will meet clients, assess financial objectives, and present tailored insurance solutions while explaining policy terms clearly.

The role requires strong communication, sales acumen, and regulatory awareness. You will also engage in business development, network at events, and maintain relationships with corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Sales and business development capabilities within insurance or financial services.
• Analytical and advisory skills to assess client needs.
• Organizational skills for documentation and record-keeping.
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning concepts; certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics or related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to work in a regulated environment.
