Job summary

ADNOC Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Technician - Instrumentation and Control to join our engineering team in Abu Dhabi. You will perform routine maintenance, calibrations and troubleshooting of process instrumentation to ensure safe, reliable plant operation.

Ideal candidates bring a technical diploma in instrumentation or similar, with minimum four years of relevant experience in oil and gas facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of instrumentation maintenance experience.
• Previous experience in an oil and gas plant.
• Ability to troubleshoot process-monitoring and control instruments.
• Experience calibrating field instrumentation using suitable test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on plant instrumentation, monitoring and control equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities according to approved schedules and work instructions.
• Review applicable SOPs before executing each task.
• Calibrate process instruments and verify readings within tolerance.
• Coordinate with operations during loop and functional testing.

Education

Technical diploma in instrumentation, control, electronics or a relevant technical discipline
