Job summary

SmartAgro in Dubai is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to install, calibrate, and maintain instruments and control systems in industrial environments. The role requires reading technical diagrams, programming controllers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

The successful candidate will have a diploma or certification in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering and at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Visa sponsorship is provided for qualified foreign applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Instrument Technician.

We are currently hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Dubai. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments and control systems used in industrial processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience working with various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and flow meters.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain and repair various instruments and control systems
• Troubleshoot any issues with instruments or control systems
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Program and configure control systems for efficient operation
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of instruments
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects on time
• Follow safety protocols at all times while working on equipment

Requirements
