Instrument Technician vacancy in Ajman UAE

We are looking for a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Instrument Technician, your main responsibility will be to install, maintain and repair various types of instruments and equipment used for measuring and controlling processes in industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate and maintain a variety of instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, thermocouples, flow meters and level sensors
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments using specialized tools and equipment
• Read technical drawings and manuals to ensure proper installation and operation of instruments
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues with instrumentation systems
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient operation of equipment
• Keep accurate records of work performed and report any findings or recommendations for improvement
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working with hazardous materials or in potentially dangerous environments

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role in a relevant industry
• Familiarity with different types of instruments and their functions
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
• A valid biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
• Must be able to work full time including weekends when necessary
