Qualifications

  • Total time of 4,500 flight hours is mandatory.
  • 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) required.
  • 1,500 hours on AW139/H145 aircraft needed.
  • Minimum of 200 night flying hours is essential.
  • English Language Proficiency Level of 5 or higher is required.

Job description

Rishworth is currently looking forAW139/H145 Instructor Pilotswho will be in charge of training new pilots in accordance with both regulatory and organizational requirements.

This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver ground and flight training on helicopter systems, maneuvers, and emergency procedures in compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Evaluate pilot performance through flight checks, simulator sessions, and provide feedback for skill development.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
  • Develop and update training materials, incorporating best practices and new technologies.

  • Total Time: 4,500 hours
  • PIC Hours: 1,000 hours
  • AW139/H145 Hours: 1,500 hours
  • Night Hours: 200 hours
  • ELP: Level 5 or higher
