BitGo is seeking high-output OTC Sales Specialists to drive rapid growth across our OTC and Prime business lines. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role designed for closers who can ramp quickly and deliver immediate results.

Your mission: generate new institutional OTC and Prime business. You will activate your crypto-native network, prospect aggressively, and push qualified counterparties into BitGo’s trading and Prime programs.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trading or sales trading at a leading financial institution, brokerage, or OTC trading desk, ideally involving digital assets, commodities, equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives.
  • Strong experience in OTC / Voice Trade execution and risk management, with a solid understanding of electronic trading systems covering front-to-back processes.
  • Communicative team player with a genuine passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Prospect and close new OTC and Prime clients, including funds, HNWIs, DAOs, family offices, and trading firms.
  • Leverage your existing network to drive deal flow from day one.
  • Collaborate with BitGo’s trading team on structuring, pricing, and executing large trades.
  • Promote the full value of BitGo’s platform, including custody, execution, and Prime financing.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound outreach and client engagement.
  • Consistently feed our OTC desk with qualified, high-potential leads and counterparties.
  • Partner cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and onboarding teams for smooth client activation.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to help improve offerings and strategy.

Skills & Experience

  • 13+ years of institutional crypto sales or OTC sales experience.
  • Fast ramp-up ability; capable of generating opportunities within 2 weeks of joining.
  • A strong existing network of OTC-ready institutions and counterparties.
  • Crypto-native mindset and deep knowledge of industry movements.
  • Proven ability to generate new business, close deals, and meet targets.
  • Relentless outbound mentality; proactive in outreach.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work under pressure.
