Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret arrangement drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation environment and manage on-site communication.

• Maintain installation tools in good condition.
• Handle receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.

Skills

As KONE Middle East Turkey & Africa (KMTA) embarks on an exciting growth phase with a direct presence in seven regions we are looking for Installers with a service‑oriented mindset to join our team. These roles will be based across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah supporting our expansion plans.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Oversee the installation environment during activities and manage on‑site communication with customers regarding day‑to‑day installation and logistical matters.

Project Management

• Ensure the safe high‑quality and timely installation of equipment in accordance with KONE installation methods.
• Report installation progress to the supervisor and address any shortages or damage by ordering replacement parts promptly.
• Maintain the installation tools in good condition and secure the delivered equipment through proper storage and handling.
• Communicate with builders to prevent work interruptions and stay updated with field letter changes and the A.M. manual.
• Ensure a safe working environment within the installation area including storage spaces.

Delivery

• Handle the receipt inspection and storage of materials.
• Execute installations following predetermined methods and schedules.
• Submit reports on timekeeping quality feedback and warranty claims for materials.
• Provide feedback to the supply line for continuous product improvement.
