India Abroad in Abu Dhabi invites a qualified Teacher to join our educational program. The successful candidate will plan lessons, engage students, and uphold our high standards of instruction.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Education (or relevant subject), teaching certification preferred, and excellent English communication. K-12 experience and collaboration with staff are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
• Teaching certification preferred (Foreigners will also be considered).
• Previous experience teaching at the K-12 level preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English language required.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and teach classes in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and creating a positive classroom environment.
• Monitor student performance, provide feedback, and encourage improvement.
• Evaluate student progress regularly, record grades, and provide reports as required.
• Identify students’ individual learning needs and modify instructions accordingly.
• Participate in school events such as parent-teacher meetings, open houses, etc.
• Utilize technology to support instruction when appropriate.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and other duties as assigned.
