Job summary

Caliberly is seeking an Inspection Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to inspect lifting equipment, pressure vessels, PPE, and related systems on onshore and offshore sites in Dubai. You will perform load testing, and ensure EIAC/ENAS compliance while generating detailed certificates and reports.

Applicants should hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, UAE driving license, and preferably LEEA certifications or NDT qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• LEEA certifications preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
• 4-7 years of equipment inspection experience (lifting equipment, pressure vessels, PPE, NDT).
• NDt methods certification preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication for report writing and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect lifting equipment and pressure vessels on onshore and offshore sites.
• Perform inspection and load testing for cranes, forklifts, MEWP, hoists, and vehicle lifts.
• Inspect earthmoving equipment.
• Inspect lifting accessories, PPE, fall protection, baskets, skids and containers.
• Inspect pressure vessels and conduct NDT inspections.
• Ensure compliance with EIAC/ENAS requirements and safety standards.
• Generate detailed inspection certificates and reports.
• Analyze inspection data to identify potential failure points or maintenance needs.

Job description

• Inspection of lifting equipments, pressure vessels in Onshore and Offshore sites.
• Inspection and load testing of various lifting equipments such as mobile cranes, tower cranes, overhead cranes, gantry cranes, offshore cranes, forklifts, MEWP, hoists, vehicle lifts etc.
• Inspection and testing of Earthmoving equipments.
• Inspection of various lifting accessories, PPEs and Fall protection systems, baskets, skids and containers etc.
• Inspection of Pressure vessels and NDT inspections
• Required well knowledge and experience in the Inspection standards, procedures and EIAC / ENAS requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines.
• Generate detailed inspection certificate / reports.
• Ability to analyze inspection data to identify potential failure points or areas requiring maintenance.

Qualification and Skills:
