Job summary

PureHealth seeks an Inpatient Pharmacist to join a leading hospital in the UAE. The role includes reviewing, dispensing, and monitoring medications for inpatients, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical guidelines.

You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and support quality patient care. The position requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy and DOH/DHA/MOH license with 2–5 years of inpatient hospital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
• DOH/DHA/MOH license required.

Responsibilities

• Dispense inpatient medications according to hospital policy.
• Review prescriptions for safety, accuracy and potential drug interactions.
• Provide clinical recommendations to physicians and nursing staff.
• Participate in medication therapy management, ward rounds and case discussions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, DOH/DHA/MOH and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
• Educate staff and patients on medication use and safety.
