Job summary

REAPHR in the UAE seeks a dedicated Mathematics Teacher for Al Ain to deliver high-quality math instruction aligned with ADEK standards and to support students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.

The role involves curriculum planning, interactive teaching, ongoing assessments, and close collaboration with colleagues. The candidate will communicate with parents and uphold a student-centered, safe classroom environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience teaching mathematics at the school level.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education or related field; teaching license preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• ADEK approval or appointment letter (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Curriculum planning: design and deliver structured, curriculum-aligned lessons in algebra, geometry, statistics and arithmetic.
• Interactive instruction: use real-life examples, visual aids, digital tools, and group activities.
• Assessment & evaluation: regular quizzes, assignments, exams with constructive feedback.
• Individual support: identify student needs and adapt teaching strategies to ensure progress.
• Classroom management: maintain a focused, respectful and safe environment.
• Parent communication: inform parents about student progress and behavior.
• Professional collaboration: work with teachers and staff to support cross‑disciplinary learning.
• Standards compliance: adhere to ADEK standards and school policies.
