Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy is seeking an ICT Teacher for a leading UAE schools group to teach ICT and Innovation Design & Technology to Grades 5–12 for the 2026–2027 academic year. The role requires UAE teaching experience, a valid teaching license, and an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in ICT or related field required.
Teaching Diploma or PGCE and valid teaching license required.
Active IELTS score of 6.5 or above is mandatory.
Proven UAE teaching experience in International or National Curriculum schools.
Experience teaching Cycle 2 & Cycle 3 and American Curriculum.
Experience delivering ICT and Design Technology to Grades 5–12.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality ICT and Innovation Design & Technology lessons for Grades 5–12.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the American Curriculum.
Foster innovation, creativity, critical thinking and problem solving.
Integrate modern educational technologies and digital tools in teaching.
Assess, monitor and report student progress; maintain records.
