• Advanced laboratory skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing new products from laboratory experiments while adhering to safety regulations.
• Analyzing test results from lab experiments on existing products.
• Recommending changes to existing product formulas based on test results.
• Devising more efficient production processes.
• Troubleshooting issues that arise during development or production.
• Preparing reports of findings from experiments/tests conducted in the lab.
• Documenting all lab experiments/tests conducted.
