Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering; seeking professional registration (CEng or equivalent).
• 10+ years UAE experience in wet infrastructure projects.
• Strong hydraulic modeling, BIM tools, and authority approvals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and design documentation for water, wastewater, irrigation, and stormwater networks.
• Perform hydraulic modeling for pressurized and gravity systems.
• Create detailed Civil 3D drawings within a BIM workflow.
• Coordinate with authorities and ensure design approvals are met.
• Support project coordination, progress reporting, and cross‑discipline input.
• Assist with cost estimation and bid/support tasks.

KN International is looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Infrastructure - Sr. Engineer (Water) to join our infrastructure design team. This roleinvolves the planning, design, and documentation of wet utility systems,including water supply, wastewater, irrigation, and stormwater networks. Thesuccessful candidate will have strong experience in hydraulic modeling, BIMintegration, and authority coordination within the UAE, particularly in AbuDhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepareengineering reports and design documentation for water, wastewater, irrigation,and stormwater infrastructure.
• Performhydraulic modeling and analysis for pressurized and gravity systems.
• Developdetailed design drawings using Civil 3D within a BIM environment.
• Ensuretimely and high-quality delivery of design submissions in line with client andauthority requirements.
• Conducttechnical reviews and contribute to progress reporting.
• Liaisewith developers, clients, and local authorities to facilitate design approvalsand provide project updates.
• Coordinatethe preparation and submission of design packages, ensuring compliance withcontractual obligations.
• Identifyand report any deviations from project requirements, and recommend solutions.
• Supportother disciplines with design input and cross-department collaboration.
• AssistSenior Engineers and Managers with project coordination and documentationtasks.
• Providesupport during marketing efforts, proposals, and client presentations.
• Conductquantity take-offs and prepare preliminary cost estimates for wet utilityservices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MinimumBachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering; progressing towards ProfessionalRegistration (CEng or similar) with membership in a professional institution.
• 10years of relevant UAE experience in the wet infrastructure systems.
• Provenexpertise in pressurized and gravity systems, and proficient in Civil 3D andhydraulic modeling tools.
• In-depthunderstanding of Abu Dhabi authority guidelines and design approval processes.
• Strongknowledge of local authority requirements (DPM/UPC, ADDC, TRANSCO, DoE/ADWEA,ETISALAT, DU, RSB, ADM, DEWA, RTA, DM).
• Experiencewith BIM platforms and related tools (ProjectWise, InfraWorks, Navisworks,OpenUtilities, etc.).
• Strongbackground in infrastructure design with a focus on wet utilities.
• Excellentcommunication, coordination, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Mustbe willing to work at Liwa, Western Region, Abu Dhabi
