Job summary

A leading infrastructure finance team seeks a highly motivated intern to assist in financial analysis, modelling, and market research. You will help prepare and update financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and support feasibility studies and investment assessments for infrastructure projects.

You may gather data, maintain databases, and assist with reporting, due diligence, and document organisation while collaborating with multiple departments and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Graduated within the last 0–2 years; strong academic record preferred.
• Internship experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, real estate, infrastructure, accounting or related fields advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, maintaining and updating financial models for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Accountabilities Financial Analysis amp Modelling Support Assist in preparing maintaining and updating financial models for infrastructure projects Support financial analysis including business cases feasibility studies valuation exercises and investment assessments Collect and organise financial and operational data required for project evaluations Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modelling under supervision of senior team members Assist in reviewing project budgets forecasts and cost estimates


• Research amp Market Intelligence Conduct research on infrastructure sectors market trends financing structures and industry developments Monitor relevant regulatory developments government initiatives and infrastructure investment activity Gather benchmarking information relating to infrastructure assets concessions PPP projects and financing structures Maintain internal databases of comparable transactions and market intelligence


• Transaction amp Project Support Assist with the preparation of presentations information memoranda briefing notes and investment committee materials Support due diligence activities by coordinating information requests and organising documents Assist in tracking transaction workstreams key milestones and deliverables Support the review and organisation of technical commercial legal and financial reports


• Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with internal departments including Development Legal Commercial Strategy and Operations Support engagement with consultants advisors and external stakeholders Attend meetings prepare meeting summaries and track follow-up actions Assist in preparing materials for senior management discussions


• Reporting amp Administration Prepare periodic reports dashboards and management presentations Maintain organised electronic filing systems and document repositories Support preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reporting requirements Assist in ensuring data quality consistency and completeness across reports and analyses


• Learning amp Development Develop understanding of project finance infrastructure investments PPP structures and financial analysis techniques Participate in internal training programmes and professional development initiatives Build familiarity with infrastructure sectors including utilities transport district cooling energy and public infrastructure

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline. Graduated within the last 0 2 years. Strong academic record preferred. No prior full-time work experience required. Internship experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, real estate, infrastructure, accounting or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Evidence of strong academic, extracurricular or project-based achievements is desirable
