Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in Dubai. The specialist will manage daily IT support operations, including providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop computers, and performing help desk support services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing IT systems and assisting with technology-related queries from clinic staff to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to assist end-users effectively.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and maintaining Desktop Computers and related hardware.
• Solid knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.
