Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing production systems to raise efficiency and reduce costs in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include time-and-motion studies, layout design, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or technologies. A Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Design layouts for production lines considering space utilization, material flow and ergonomics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or technologies.
• Train employees on new procedures or equipment to ensure smooth implementation.
