Overview

Industrial Engineer - Quality Control (Egyptian candidates only)

As an Industrial Engineer specializing in Quality Control, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of goods in our manufacturing facility located in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. Your main goal will be to improve the overall quality and productivity of our production processes by analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new strategies to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control checks on production processes and products to ensure they meet industry standards
• Analyze data from quality control checks and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement new processes or procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot any issues with production processes
• Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Train employees on new processes and procedures as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to quality control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to use data analysis software programs such as Minitab or JMP
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluency in English is required)
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Must be willing to relocate to Haur-Fakkan, UAE (candidates from Egypt preferred)
