Industrial Engineer - Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are a leading company in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This is a full-time position without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes
- Utilize data analysis tools to measure and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct time studies and create work flow diagrams to improve production layouts
- Identify opportunities for automation within the production process
- Train staff on new procedures and techniques to improve operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all production processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or Six Sigma
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
