ORBIT CONTROL ELECTRONICS L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Industrial Electronics Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic equipment and PCB circuit boards.

The role requires hands-on experience with KNX building automation devices, PLC modules, and power electronics. You will work with ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric and similar brands, performing precise SMD soldering and component replacement to ensure reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in industrial electronics repair.
• Strong PCB fault diagnosis and component-level repair skills.
• Excellent SMD soldering, desoldering and replacement abilities.
• Experience with industrial automation equipment and control boards.
• Knowledge of KNX building automation and PLC modules is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Electronics preferred.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair industrial electronic circuit boards at component level
• Troubleshoot KNX building automation devices including actuators, controllers and sensors
• Diagnose and repair PLC modules, industrial controllers and I/O boards
• Repair equipment from ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, JUNG, Gira, MDT and similar brands
• Identify and replace defective components such as ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors and diodes
• Perform SMD soldering, desoldering and micro-soldering
• Read and interpret schematics and circuit diagrams
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and reliability
• Maintain records of diagnosed faults and replaced components

We are hiring a skilled Industrial Electronics Repair Technician to diagnose troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic equipment PCB circuit boards KNX building automation devices and PLC control modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial electronic circuit boards PCB at component level
• Troubleshoot and repair KNX building automation devices including actuators controllers sensors power supplies and communication modules
• Diagnose and repair PLC electronic modules industrial controllers and I O boards
• Repair electronic equipment from manufacturers such as ABB Siemens Schneider Electric JUNG Gira MDT and similar brands
• Identify and replace defective electronic components including ICs MOSFETs capacitors resistors diodes and transistors
• Perform professional SMD soldering desoldering and micro-soldering
• Diagnose short circuits power failures damaged PCB tracks and communication faults
• Repair SMPS power supplies electronic control boards and industrial automation modules
• Use multimeters oscilloscopes laboratory power supplies and electronic diagnostic equipment
• Read and interpret electronic schematics and circuit diagrams
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and reliability
• Maintain accurate records of diagnosed faults repairs and replaced components

The technician must be capable of repairing electronic equipment at component level rather than simply replacing complete circuit boards.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands‑on experience in industrial electronics repair
• Strong experience in PCB fault diagnosis and component‑level repair
• Excellent SMD soldering, desoldering, and electronic component replacement skills
• Experience repairing industrial automation equipment and electronic control boards
• Knowledge of KNX building automation systems and PLC electronic modules
• Experience with ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, JUNG, Gira, MDT, or similar industrial automation equipment is an advantage
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronic circuits
• Ability to diagnose complex electronic faults independently
• Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering stations, and laboratory power supplies
• Ability to read electronic circuit diagrams and technical documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Diploma or technical qualification in Electronics or a related field is preferred

IMPORTANT:This position is NOT for mobile phone repair technicians. Candidates whose experience is limited to smartphone repairs, screen replacement, software troubleshooting, or replacing complete circuit boards are not suitable.

We require a technician with genuine hands‑on experience repairing industrial electronic devices and circuit boards at component level.
