Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking an Indonesian-speaking Game Presenter in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. This full-time role requires delivering engaging entertainment, hosting games, and maintaining high energy on camera.

You will interact confidently with players, adapt your presentation to different audiences, and work a three-shift, 40-hour week schedule. Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential.

Relocation support and a comprehensive training program are provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Indonesian (C1) with strong proficiency in English (B2).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid passport and relocation documentation.
• Flexibility for a rotational shift system (three shifts, 40 hours per week).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication, engaging personality, adaptable presentation style.
• Experience in entertainment, hosting, or other on-camera/public-facing roles.
• Natural charisma and energy to create a lively atmosphere.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver an engaging and high-quality entertainment experience for players in line with company standards.
• Interact confidently and professionally in front of the camera, maintaining player engagement at all times.
• Present games and activities with energy, enthusiasm, and consistency, ensuring a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Continuously enhance presentation techniques to create a dynamic, interactive, and entertaining environment.
• Demonstrate coordination, adaptability, and professionalism throughout all aspects of the role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Indonesian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Valid passport and necessary documentation for relocation and employment eligibility.
• Flexibility to work in a rotational shift system (three shifts, 40 hours per week).
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and accurate under pressure, while maintaining discretion and discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, a friendly and engaging personality, and the ability to adapt your presentation style to different audiences.
• Experience in entertainment, hosting, customer service, or other roles requiring strong on-camera or public-facing communication skills.
• Natural charisma, energy, and the ability to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
